When you hear the name AMICI usually comes into mind is the turo-turo at Don Bosco Makati. Amici Di Don Bosco (Friends of Don Bosco) legally established during June 2001. As a business entity to serve the needs of the students studying in Don Bosco.
Mr. Danny Moran the current President & CEO of Amici Food Service Venture at year 2007 offer that the Salesian Priest of Don Bosco can’t turn down.
Now Amici is supporting the Tuloy Foundation in where Amici giving jobs for Amici Culinary Students. They are very proud to say that their employees comes from Tuloy Foundation and giving opportunities to prosper. Also Amici is supporting they Tuloy Foundation football team.
I always love companies giving back to those who are in need. Sharing the blessing to others with this they blessed in return.
Now Amici has introduced a new set of dishes in where diners would love to try.
Me and my son has different taste in some dishes at this time. He likes the Asian Chicken Salad and mine I like the Mediterranean Blue Cheese and Walnut Salad. I like the combination of the blue cheese and walnuts.
I love mushrooms and having to taste the Prosciutto Portobello Pizza Roll (Php 242) with prosciutto, Portobello mushroom, cream cheese, and arugula with roasted garlic dip.
All of Amici pizza is 100% wood fire pizza giving that wood fire finish to their pizza so much in love. Truffle Mushroom Pizza (Php 430) what I fave all along with portobello, shitake, and porcini mushroom, mixed with truffle oil, mozzarella cheese and topped with arugula.
As for the pasta I go for the Garlic Chorizo spaghetti (Php 250) simple but tasty. The dish has Spanish chorizo sautéed in garlic and olive oil.
After having that hearty meal who could forget dessert. So love dessert and I could full load of these dessert. Upon seeing the gelato and cakes make my mouth salivate..
