Race For a Cause
Proceeds of Etude Princess Run 2014 will support the YesPinoy Foundation, an organization founded and headed by actor Dingdong Dantes, Jr. that rally all Filipinos, of all ages and from all sectors and background, to support diverse advocacies and programs. The foundation aims to empower Filipinos to help those in need and to contribute effectively and efficiently.
“We are happy and grateful to partner with Etude House for the upcoming Etude Princess Run. The funds that will be generated out of the event and donated to the foundation will be used for the One Chair, One Child #UpuanParaSaKinabukasan Campaign, which we’re doing in partnership with Lifeline Foundation,” said Dantes.
The One Chair, One Child Campaign aims to raise funds to buy school chairs for around 3,000 student survivors of Typhoon Yolanda, who go to Estancia Central Elementary School in Northern Iloilo.
“We chose YesPinoy Foundation as our beneficiary because their advocacies are very significant and relevant to Filipinos. We also hope to encourage whole families to make this event not only a fun bonding activity for everyone but also as an opportunity to support families who are in need,” mentioned Amado.
