During my grocery and looking for mayonnaise, I have to see this leaflet of using mayonnaise in dishes. Lady’s Choice Real Mayonnaise has come up with incorporating mayonnaise to our favorite dishes. I got the leaflet and Lady’s Choice mayonnaise and try it.
When you say mayonnaise, we could think of sandwiches and dips. My kids are my number one fans when it comes in cooking and eating. As a mom, I would prioritize and give what my kids love. I see to it in my grocery list I have mayonnaise in my list. We consume one whole jar of mayonnaise in just one week. My kids love to eat sandwich and one of the best sellers is egg sandwich.
I tried the Lady’s Choice creamy chicken Adobo and put a little twist to it. I cooked the adobo as it should had and the twist to it I added hard-boiled eggs and pork and let it simmer. So that the eggs will absorb the sauce of the adobo. My eldest love pork and my second child love chicken so in every dish I see to it I mixed chicken and pork together if possible.
Creamy Pork and Chicken Adobo
½ kilo of pork cubes
½ kilo of chicken pcs
Garlic –sliced and crushed
Crushed pepper and pepper corns
Lady’s Choice Real Mayonnaise
- First, fry the garlic into hot oil.
- Brown the chicken pcs and adobo cuts into oil with garlic. I wanted the chicken and pork absorbs the garlic flavor.
- Put soy sauce and white vinegar. I usually just adjust the quantity depending on the taste.
- Do not mix. Reduce the heat to simmer and wait until it boils.
- Once it boiled already, you can mix it and put some pepper to taste and put the bay leaf.
- Add the hard-boiled and simmer and turn the hard-boiled from time to time so all the sides of the egg can absorb the adobo sauce.
- Last but not the least to make the adobo richer and creamier, add Lady’s Choice Real Mayonnaise until it fully dissolved and blended.
So excited in using Lady’s Choice Real Mayonnaise in dishes now I decided to create a simple dip for our pork chop. We usually have mang tomas as our sauce when we have pork chops for dinner. However, this time I ran out of it and was thinking what would be a better alternative for a dipping sauce.
Mayo Pepper dipping sauce
Lady’s Choice Real Mayonnaise
Combine everything and season to taste. It is up to your taste if you want more ground pepper and pepper flakes. You can also add some grated garlic if you like.
Last but not the least we had lots of bread at hand and we already ran out of ham and egg in making sandwiches. Coming from a tuna event and we got seven cans for tuna cans got me an idea to make a tuna mayo spread.
My Tuna Mayo Spread
Tuna in can and drained – I used tuna in vegetable oil. I like the taste of tune in vegetable oil than the tuna in brine.
Salt to taste
You just combine all the ingredients and mix them. You can also add some celery or chives also some minced onion. Spread the Tuna Mayo spread in your bread and you can add some lettuce to add some crunch to your sandwich.
Mayo-Honey Mustard Dressing
I just mixed equal amount of mayo and honey mustard and added ground pepper to taste to be my salad dressing together with my tuna sandwich.
I love making new creation with Lady’s Choice Real Mayonnaise and gave me an idea to be more adventurous in cooking. I will be posting more recipes that I will coming up with the use of Lady’s Choice Real Mayonnaise.
