Stacy’s Great food with LOVE

Stacy’s Great food with LOVE

My family twice saw Stacy’s on our way to visit a relative of ours that lives at Ayala Heights. We never got to stop by and check it out what’s Stacy’s is offering. My mom said it might be a beauty salon or a couture shop. My eldest son Jeremy guessed was it a restaurant or any food related shop. Months had passed by we never got to verify about it but lucky me and my son Jeremy was invited to a Eat’s a Date Event by OpenRice. At first we never come to our mind that the Stacy’s we going is the one we been talking about at Capitol Hills. Just so funny that once we are just talking about and guessing what it is now we get know and try what is Stacy’s all about.

Let me give you some brief information about Stacy’s. Stacy’s is owned by Aby Natividad-Nachura and Angelique Abesamis-Castro and they wanted a place where family can eat and get together. The name Stacy’s came from their grandmother’s name Anastasia that just recently died at the age of 102 years old this January. They open shop just recently this year 2011 of June. Just imagine what’s the secret of living up to age 102 and I bet it good diet. The place setup is american vintage inspired theme. So you can see vintage items on display. They even have a vintage inspired pink refrigerator that I like it so much. If you where wondering and noticed they serve their rice in every meal in a heart shape form. As what Ms. Angelique was saying they prepare and serve their food with love. How sweet to hear that knowing that the food you eat at their place has full of passion and inspiration.

For starters they serves complementary mini-bucket of popcorn topped with marshmallows and coated pretzels biscuits. So that while waiting for your order you will be occupied in munching down those popcorn’s. After a few minutes they will serve  your ordered drinks and food. I never got to taste everything that they had served us but one of the best I like is the “Stacy Jones” along side with a drink of Rootbeer float.

Jeremy says:

“When we are in the area of Katipunan and Tandang Sora can we pass by Stacy’s and eat. I love the ambiance and the taste of their food. For the price compare to a fastfood I can be full and satisfied not like the fastfood that I’m still hungry.”
