Chef Bernard is a former professional model and loves to eat healthy. I doing so he need to know how to prepare dishes that is both healthy and tasty. Being an Ilonggo he loves to cook and creating new dishes to Pinoy household while is resident in the States.

For our starter we had Pancit Molo soup that every Filipino love in starting a meal. Chef Bernard made his Pancit Molo stock from scratch. He used chicken bones to make his chicken stock and very proud not using any chicken cube or powder. Chef Bernard also made his own homemade wanton wrapper and used well seasoned lean ground pork.
Chef Bernard made a healthy version of spring rolls with a twist. Blend of Adobo flakes, rice vermicelli, basil, mint, and lettuce wrapped in rice paper wrapper with peanut hoi sin sauce. Chef Bernard also added Quinoa compliment his Vietnamese Spring Roll.
All the dish we tasted Chef Bernard Seafood Kare-Kare is my favorite. It’s a mix of sautéed seafood and vegetables with peanut sauce. The creamness of the kare-kare and the combination of squid and shrimps is so divine.
Baked Stuffed Chicken is a boneless chicken stuffed with meat and vegetables baked to perfection served with its own drippings made into gravy with picked squash and kamote puree. I can compare it with our very own embodito but this one used chicken.
His Pork Binagoongan is slow cooked and rendered in shrimp paste with grilled eggplant. The pork is oven baked and pan seared to perfection. With every bite the pork you can say lock in the moisture / seal in the juices in making it.
This is my favorite part the dessert and who can ever resist even tummy full. Chocolate Raspberry Mousse with the perfect blend of chocolate and raspberry and topped with whipped cream. The creamy texture of the chocolate mousse with the raspberry syrup making me want for more.
Chef Bernard also told us that his restaurant is MSG-Free and uses the freshest ingredients he can find.
