Mini Tacos filled with pork sisig, lettuce, tomato, salsa and cheese.
With this one I can eat it the whole day love the combination of pork sisig and salsa and cheese.
PINO Bagnet Spring Rolls
Spring rolls with stuffed bagnet, salted eggs, vermicelli noodles, chinese chorizo, fried and served with calamansi vinaigrette.

Mussels made spicy and cooked in beer and lime soda.
PINO Kare-Kareng Bagnet
This one got my top vote in my list of fav dishes. I love Kare-kare in any form and ways it’s cooked. They used authentic Ilokano crispy pork belly served with annatto-peanut sauce and baggong rice.
PINO Coffee Crusted Beef Belly
Slow roasted beef belly with coffee spice rub served with marble, bistek gravy and red wine onion marmalade.
PINO Steamed Lapu-Lapu
Grouper fish steamed in lemongrass and leeks. Topped with salted eggs, bell pepper, cheddar cheese, pineapple aloli, pickle relish, scallions and garlic chips.
PINO Bagnet Bicol Express
Winged beans cooked with spicy coconut milk and alamang and topped with crispy bagnet.
PINO Pochero
Pork stew and tender beef with crushed tomatoes, kamote, pechay, saba, and chinese chorizo.
PINO Bagnet Ribs Lechon Paksiw
Fried pork ribs stewed in vinegared liver sauce and chicken liver.

Mini rice cake with topped salted eggs, ricotta cheese, kesong puti, coconut and sugar, served with a shot of homemade tsokolate.
PINO Chunky Choco Tempura
Chocolate wafer bar dipped in tempura batter that is deep fried and served with ice cream and chocolate & strawberry sauce.
