Sheraton Manila Bay welcomes back diners with the reopening of its famed top floor restaurant, Pacific Lounge, on Friday, 22 January 2021.
Known for its panoramic 360-degree view of Manila Bay and city skyline, Pacific Lounge will serve a sumptuous array of select Asian staples, delectable tapas, and authentic local cuisine via a carefully curated spread of a Pre-dinner cocktail buffet every Friday evening starting 6 pm onwards. The pre-dinner cocktail buffet is priced at Php 988++ per person inclusive of house wine, local beer, chilled juices, fresh juices, iced tea, or soda.
On its opening night on January 22, Pacific Lounge takes you on a gastronomic tour around Asia with Asian Street Eat featuring Gỏi cuốn (Vietnamese Spring Rolls), Mini Fresh Thai Vegetable Salad with white shrimp, Dakgangjeong (Korean chili garlic chicken wings), and Nikujaga (Soy ginger beef with potatoes) among others.
On January 29, epicurean diners are treated to explosive flavors with Cocktail 360 creations such as Flautas con Carne y Queso, Mini Muffuletta Sandwich, Pesto Foccacia with Grilled Sausage, Grilled Aubergine Salad in Crispy Pita, Parmesan Chicken Tenders, Seafood Aglio Olio, and more.
On February 5, Pacific Lounge returns to its Tapas Classico roots with an assortment of premium delicatessen meat and cheese plus a tempting line up of delicious bite-sized delights such Tortilla Classico, Croquetas de Jamon y Queso, Chicharrones de Cadiz, Tostas con Nueces, Queso Azul y Uvas, Pintxos Morunos, and Callos alla Madrileña among others.
