Fellow moms you might be interested to let your children join the Mind Museum Science Sleepover this coming August 29-30, 2015. This would be a great experience to our youngster and experience the cosmos.

STEP 1: Fill up all the details below then click submit.

STEP 2: Kindly settle the program fee on or before 25 August 2015 (Tuesday)

Groups of 2-3: P 3,000.00/head
Group of 4 or more: P 2,500.00/head

Unlimited Science Pass members get an additional 10% discount

STEP 4: Wait for a confirmation email with the program details and other reminders.

Other details about the Science Sleepover:

1. Open to groups of families and friends (7 years old and above)

IMPORTANT NOTE:
FOR AGES 7 TO 13: He/she must be accompanied by an adult. He/she cannot take part as an individual.
FOR AGES 14 TO 17: He/she must complete a parental consent that will be sent separately after registration.

2. Date and Duration: From 29 August 5:00 PM to 30 August 11 AM (Saturday to Sunday)

3. Requested Program Fee:
Groups of 2-3: P 3,000.00/head
Group of 4 or more: P 2,500.00/head
